      • Yes even though I loved my previous layout it was with wordpress.org and you cannot have the easy follow button and your blog does not show up in other’s reader feed and the tags serve no purpose. Since I am out to network I felt that was a pretty big wall I had going on there so I had to switch over to wordpress.com so I can easily get followers and interact which gave me only certain layouts. I still found a way to keep the fabulous tutu and heels pic! 🙂

  19. Yes! Even though fresh, especially organic foods may cost a little more, it is an investment in our health. Prevention costs less in the long run, both financially and physically. I don’t want to just live, but to have a good quality of life. I will have to check out the rest of your blog! 🙂

      That is completely correct on your part that organic foods are expensive. The supermarkets do charge a lot of money for these because it is a growing industry. If you often go to farms or know any local retailer or producer, ask them if they can supply you with some freshly grown. I am glad that people are thinking of long run and their quality life.       Well glad you came by here and thank you for appreciating my work. Well I hope you understand there are two types of cholesterol in the body – good and bad. If you have made a check up and doctor tells you that you have high cholesterol, that information is not valuable. You should know which cholesterol is higher in your body – good or bad. As the name suggests good cholesterol is good for the body and helps fighting bad cholesterol. Bad cholesterol is bad for the body, which sticks to the artery walls and cause problems. Many people are told their cholesterol is normal, and they have high amounts of bad cholesterol and low amounts of good cholesterol. Other times some people who have high cholesterol may have high good cholesterol and low bad cholesterol. If you know that you have high bad cholesterol start taking diet rich in fibre and switch to whole foods. Use extra virgin olive oil, eat fresh foods, whole foods – rich complex carbohydrates. Red wine, grape juice, Vitamin C rich foods all help in combating bad cholesterol. Cut down on saturated fats – fried food, egg yolks, red meat (especially pork), processed meats, etc. Hope this all helps.
